The breakdown of a marriage can be one of the most devastating events in an individual’s life, both for the couple and their children.  Early in my career my matrimonial practice was more focused on litigation or Court based avenues open to spouses. Thankfully, most marital disputes do not require the Court process and in the last number of years my practice has evolved into one of practical, goal oriented advice.

With almost thirty years of experience in mediation and collaborative training, I believe we offer the best options available for respectful and equitable settlements with a referral foundation of counsellors, accountants, mediators and litigators if necessary.
